Guys this journey of mine has been crazy and there are still stories to tell. However, one of my dearest friends happened to give me a call right on time. It’s crazy how God works. You know when you have moments where there is so much on your plate and every time you take one step forward, the devil hits you from the rear side with something else. It’s like you can’t come up for air. You can’t breathe.
She told me it’s okay to cry. I don’t have to be so strong for everyone else in my life. It is okay to scream. Let it all out and don’t hold it in. Tell God what is on your mind even if it is not in a nice, traditional prayer. Prayer is simply just talking to God anyway. Sometimes it is good to go up on a hill and just scream. Her words of fortification touched me so much and added more fire to my journey that I would love to share it with you. These were my take-a-ways and I encourage you to read it as many times as you need to. I elaborated on her thoughts and what she told me. I hope this will help whenever you are in doubt on what God has already told you…
God has purpose for your life. He has already spoken your destiny to you. He has already confirmed it to you many times through different entities. He has already ordered your steps and designed a pathway to your purpose. Ignore anybody that doesn’t confirm what God had already spoken to you and shown you. Ignore the naysayers. Ignore the negativity and the doubts. Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God. Keep striving! Keep going on the same path that God has ordained. There will be people that will doubt you and try to make it seem as if your dreams are too big. Don’t let this affect you in any way. Understand that everyone won’t understand your vision or your purpose. It’s not for them to understand. God showed you, not them. Some people don’t have the same amount of faith as you do so they won’t ever get it nor understand but YOU keep going. You’re not in this alone! God is ALWAYS with you! You have every right to cry and feel vulnerable sometimes, that doesn’t mean you failed nor does it mean that you are weak. That means you are human. Living not comfortably will propel you in life. When we are uncomfortable God uses that time to strengthen us and shows us that we can do & achieve more than what we think. He uses the uncomfortable time for you to grow not only in yourself but with Him. Your trust in God will grow! I would rather you live in a place that is uncomfortable on God’s path to your purpose than to live in a place of comfort working, making money but ultimately not happy- ultimately not in purpose. Money can’t buy you happiness! Happiness comes when you feel fulfilled in purpose. God’s purpose. Never be too scared to pursue your God-given dreams. You have already done so much…more than the average person. You have already lived out of your comfort zone, moving to Cali with only $750, not knowing where the next income will come from but God provided. If He did it before, He can and WILL do it again. Keep all where you come from in mind. This is a faith walk that you have already started. Don’t dismiss God by trying to finish a faith walk on your own. Just when you want to give up is when you should push the hardest. It means that you are close to your breakthrough.
